Duokiddo is happy to offer you a refund or exchange if the product that you receive is faulty, damaged or not as described. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. All duokiddo products are produced by hand and are printed in small runs, while we try to ensure stock availability for our customers, there may be times where demand exceeds our stock levels, we will advise you by email immediately if there will be a longer than expected delay in sending your order out and allow you time to either cancel your order or select a new item.
